Qatar will host UEFA EURO 2024 and CONMEBOL Copa America 2024 winners in Lusail Stadium on Friday 27 March 2026.
UEFA and CONMEBOL, together with the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) and the Argentine Football Association (AFA), have today announced the venue, date and kick-off time for the men’s Finalissima 2026.
The showpiece fixture sees UEFA EURO 2024 winners Spain face CONMEBOL Copa América 2024 champions Argentina in a meeting of the two continental title holders.
The game will take place at Lusail Stadium in Qatar on Friday 27 March 2026, with kick-off at 21:00 local time (19:00 CET/15:00 ART). The match will be delivered by Qatar’s Local Organising Committee (LOC) for Football Events.
Introduced as part of a close partnership between UEFA and CONMEBOL, the Finalissima celebrates football excellence by bringing together the best of European and South American national team football. Argentina, reigning world champions, won the inaugural edition of the Finalissima in 2022, beating Italy 3-0 at Wembley Stadium in London.
