《关于座位说明及视线遮蔽》

三楼看台：A层从第0排开始往上递增，即最靠近舞台排数（最前排）为第0排，之后依序为第1排、第2排，依此类推至该区最后一排。

二楼看台：B层从第15排开始往上递减，即最靠近舞台排数（最前排）为第15排，之后依序为第14排、第13排，依此类推至该区平台处为第1排。

1. A层、B层看台座位区，每区最前方皆有栏杆为场馆固定之安全设施，前排可能会有部分视线受阻情况，若在意栏杆影响视线，请三思确认后再购票。

2. 黄2A-1、黄4A-1、蓝5A-2、蓝4A-2、蓝2A-2、蓝1A-2、橙4A-1、橙2A-2、皆为三楼看台各区入口，该区域与两侧相邻区域转角将有较为明显之栏杆高度差，舞台表演者移动时视角变化，请自行选择购买之区域与排数。

3. 黄1B-1区，黄2A-2区，橙1B-2区，橙2A-1区，上述4个区域可能因太靠近舞台及舞台架设角度问题，恐将会有部分视线受阻的情况，请三思确认后再购票。

请于购买前审慎考虑，确定可接受再行购票，现场将不接受以视线遮蔽或不良为由退票或换位。

Repeat Purchase Instructions

退票/轉票說明

除不可抗力因素導致演出賽事取消外，門票不支援退換！非實名制門票可在平台轉售（實名制演出及賽事不可轉讓）。

Compliance coordination

The platform will try its best to urge the seller to fulfill the transaction agreement. If there is a problem in the process of paying the ticket, the platform will coordinate the ticket with the same or higher ticket instead. If there is no coordination, the platform will refund the full amount and pay the corresponding compensation according to the rules of the user service agreement;

Description of abnormal tickets

For abnormal purchase behavior (the purchase price is several times lower than the normal market price, the same information/account number of short-term large-scale purchase, etc.), the platform has the right to remove the shelf or cancel the corresponding order.

Invoice Instructions

If you need to issue an invoice, please contact online customer service and provide invoicing information within one month after the performance. The invoice for the ticket shall be issued by the merchant, and the invoice for the platform service fee shall be issued by the ticketed platform.
