Repeat Purchase Instructions

退票/轉票說明

Except in cases of force majeure resulting in the cancellation of the performance or event, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable! Non‑real‑name‑registration tickets can be resold on the platform (tickets for real‑name‑registration performances and events cannot be transferred).

Compliance coordination

The platform will try its best to urge the seller to fulfill the transaction agreement. If there is a problem in the process of paying the ticket, the platform will coordinate the ticket with the same or higher ticket instead.
